Go Vegetarian!" two lovely Lettuce Ladies from PETA will hand out delicious veggie hot dogs in downtown Houston on Wednesday. The action follows a report in Men's Fitness magazine that ranked Houston the sixth-fattest city in America. Special invitations to the event have been extended to Mayor Bill White, members of the City Council, and friends of White. The delicious veggie dogs will be provided by Pat Greer's Kitchen. "Houston residents' love affair with barbecue and fried chicken could be making them fat—and literally killing them," says Lettuce Lady Virginia Fort.
